You can receive a full refund if your book has not yet been printed, or a partial refund if it has been printed but not shipped. Once the book has been printed and shipped, we’re unable to offer a refund.

Shipping times vary depending on the method selected at checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 10–30 business days, while express shipping usually arrives within 7–20 business days. Please note that delivery times are calculated in business days only; weekends and public holidays may cause slight delays. In addition, we ship to most countries worldwide. You will receive a full PDF before printing, and you will have 24h before to accept the PDF before we sent it to print.

Our books are designed for children aged 2–8 years, with stories adapted to be age-appropriate and engaging.
Use a clear, front-facing photo with good lighting, no filters, and no sunglasses or hats. We provide photo guidelines to help you get the best result.
If your photo isn’t suitable, we’ll notify you and ask for a new one before proceeding. We strongly recommend using a high-quality photo to ensure the best possible personalization result.
