At KiddoWonder, every book is personalized and custom-made specifically for your child. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds unless there is a production issue or damage during shipping.
Personalized Orders
Each KiddoWonder book is created using the information provided at checkout, including names, photos, and custom details. Please carefully review all personalization details before placing your order.
We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for:
- Spelling mistakes or incorrect information submitted by the customer
- Change of mind after the order is placed
- Preference-related concerns such as story style, wording, or design choices
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
If approved, we may offer:
- A replacement copy
- A partial refund

Order Changes & Cancellations
Because production begins shortly after purchase, we cannot guarantee order changes or cancellations once processing has started.
