Processing Time

Because each book is custom-made, orders require production time before shipping.

Typical processing times:

  • Personalized books: 1–4 business days

  • During holidays or high-demand periods, production may take slightly longer

Once your order has been produced and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping carrier.

Estimated delivery windows:

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • Europe: 5–12 business days

  • International orders: 7–20 business days

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

KiddoWonder is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect addresses

  • Lost packages due to address errors provided by the customer

  • Failed delivery attempts

If you notice an address mistake, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

When tracking is available, customers will receive a tracking link via email after the order ships.
