Processing Time

Because each book is custom-made, orders require production time before shipping.

Typical processing times:

Personalized books: 1–4 business days
During holidays or high-demand periods, production may take slightly longer

Once your order has been produced and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Estimated delivery windows:

United States: 5–10 business days
Europe: 5–12 business days
International orders: 7–20 business days

Incorrect Shipping Information

KiddoWonder is not responsible for:

Delays caused by incorrect addresses
Lost packages due to address errors provided by the customer

When tracking is available, customers will receive a tracking link via email after the order ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages

You can receive a full refund if your book has not yet been printed, or a partial refund if it has been printed but not shipped. Once the book has been printed and shipped, we’re unable to offer a refund.

Shipping times vary depending on the method selected at checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 10–30 business days, while express shipping usually arrives within 7–20 business days.

You will receive a full PDF before printing, and you will have 24h before to accept the PDF before we sent it to print.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
You upload your child’s photo, name, and age. After this we create a personalized story and illustrations, which you can preview before placing your order.
Yes! You’ll receive a full digital preview of your personalized book before checkout. This include the Cover Page of the book and the First Page of the Book
Our books are designed for children aged 2–8 years, with stories adapted to be age-appropriate and engaging.
Use a clear, front-facing photo with good lighting, no filters, and no sunglasses or hats. We provide photo guidelines to help you get the best result.
If your photo isn’t suitable, we’ll notify you and ask for a new one before proceeding. We strongly recommend using a high-quality photo to ensure the best possible personalization result.
